Job Description : Sales Territory Manager Huntsman is seeking a Sales Territory Manager supporting the Polyurethanes Division located in South Texas. This position will report to the Regional Sales Director. Job Scope The Sales Territory Manager is responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships within the assigned region and driving sales performance. This role requires strategic thinking related to pricing, competitive positioning, and business needs while operating in a safe and ethical manner. In summary, as the Sales Territory Manager, you will: Drive spray foam sales to contractors and distributors to achieve annual targets. Develop annual business plans to exceed sales quotas. Meet regularly with clients to present value propositions and secure specifications. Participate in industry and promotional events. Demonstrate understanding of pricing and proposal models. Conduct effective business discussions with contractors, distributors, and decision-makers. Develop proposals, negotiate, and execute business agreements. Provide competitive intelligence updates, including pricing and marketing strategies. Manage administrative responsibilities such as emails, expense reports, and performance tasks.
