Job Details: SUMMARY: This position is responsible for assisting Sales Account Managers with large volume retail service accounts of beef and pork. This position will be responsible for the following duties: enter and process all types of customer orders accurately; enter and maintain price lists; check and confirm order fill and changes with customer; accurately maintain customized customer process lists; track deliveries by working with our customer service department and relay pertinent information; aiding in completing various management performance reports; handle field calls from customers and obtain necessary information for the manager to address; cross train with other Sales Administrators and fill in for other Sales Administrators when absent; manage all incoming calls. Position will interact with outlying departments including but not limited to claims scheduling transportation pricing production quality assurance and credit. The person is responsible for building strong relationships with both internal and external customers and other administrative duties as assigned.
