Responsibilities

  • Lead Programs: Drive end-to-end delivery of advanced battery systems for wearables from concept and feasibility through design, validation, manufacturing, and launch,

  • Ensure Battery Compliance: Ensure battery compliance readiness across all channels, markets and logistics chains.
  • Shape Practices: Establish best practices for battery program execution across NPI and Sustaining programs, mentor senior team members, and foster collaboration.
  • We would love to have you on our team if you have:
  • 10+ years experience in NPI Hardware development build and test cycles
  • Proven track record shipping innovative products with custom battery systems (wearables preferred).
  • Strong technical depth in battery technologies and power systems across system architecture and managing technical tradeoffs.
  • Knowledge of battery test methodology at cell level and system level
  • Experience working with product, engineering, industrial design, manufacturing, compliance and regulatory to author requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Excellent communicator with strong negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Thrives in ambiguity, fast-moving environments, and global cross-timezone programs.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and wearable technology.

Requirements

  • Experience with global battery suppliers, contract manufacturers, and supply chains
  • Advanced PM tool proficiency (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet) and ability to optimize workflows.
  • Note: Up to 30% global travel is required for this position
