Responsibilities
- Manage the grant lifecycle, including application review, due diligence, approvals, disbursements, and reporting.
- Prepare grant evaluation reports for management, committees, and the Board.
- Track, analyse, and report programme outcomes through impact reports, dashboards, and beneficiary stories.
- Lead and support impact measurement processes, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Provide guidance to grantees and member organisations on grant management, reporting, and impact measurement.

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience in the nonprofit, social service, philanthropy, or community development sector is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, organisational, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and committed to community impact.
- Fresh graduates with an interest in social impact are encouraged to apply.
