Customer Service Advisor

Responsibilities

• -Recommend and advise services when customer comes
• -handover car to customer when service is completed
• -Handle customer complaints
• -Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• -Minimum Bachelor's Degree
• -Candidates with some knowledge on cars an advantage
• -Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel, Outlook etc)
• -Good communication skills
• Renumeration:
• -Basic Salary: Starting from $2800 (depending on experience)
• -Working hours: 8.30AM-6.30PM (Monday to Saturday)
• -Entitled to annual leave and medical leave benefits
