Responsibilities

  • Market Research & Intelligence
  • Maintain and update departmental records, project trackers, and client databases to ensure easy access to historical data.

  • Assist in drafting comprehensive reports on business development activities and market findings in Singapore.
  • Tender Coordination & Process Management
  • Assist in project-oriented business development activities, with a primary focus on the end-to-end coordination of tender preparation.
  • Monitor internal submission processes, ensuring that all documentation, pricing inputs, and compliance checks are completed accurately and submitted before strict deadlines
  • Liaise with technical, commercial, and legal teams to track the progress of bids and facilitate the timely execution of deliverables.
  • Job Requirements
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data organization, analysis, and basic calculations.
  • Detail-oriented, patient, and meticulous, with strong summarization skills.
  • Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a structured environment.
  • Eager and patient to learn and grow progressively.
