SALES ENGINEER (Simulation Testing)

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across industries (semiconductors, electronics, biomedical, aerospace, automotive).
• Generate leads through customer visits, outreach activities, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and closing.
• Provide technical sales support and recommend suitable testing solutions based on customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Work closely with internal teams, HQ, regional offices, and partners to support projects and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and relevant regulations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably within B2B or industrial environments.
• Proven experience in business development and customer relationship management.
• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of environmental test chambers, HVAC systems, or refrigeration systems will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, customer-focused, and able to work towards sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Possess Class 3 driving license and willing to travel for client visits across Singapore.

Additional Information

Location: Tai Seng / Macpherson Salary: $4,000 - $6,000 + Bonus based on KPI + $850 Car Allowance Working Hours: Mon to Fri, Office Hours
