Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ESG strategies, policies, and ESMS to ensure compliance with IFC and UN standards.

- Standardize ESG tools, templates, and materials for regional use.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Social Sciences, International Development, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or E&S risk management, preferably in multi-country or emerging markets, with strong knowledge of ESG frameworks (e.g., IFC Performance Standards, GRI, TCFD, EcoVadis).
- Experience developing and implementing an ESMS is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, data management, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate ESG standards into practical solutions.
- Proven experience in mentoring, training, and capacity building, with the ability to work independently and influence across functions in complex supply chains.
