  • Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results

The AWS Worldwide Specialists Finance (WWSO) team is looking for a Finance Manager to collaborate with senior business and finance leaders in the Specialists organization. You'll spearhead data-driven investment decisions, financial planning, and controllership, directly impacting our global strategy and revenue growth. Key job responsibilities - Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics dashboards for WWSO Core leadership, including productivity metrics - Design and implement advanced financial models and analytical tools to support critical decision-making - Create and implement business mechanisms that are scalable to help your business partners make data-driven decisions - Conduct in-depth analysis and present findings directly to senior leaders - Lead the annual financial planning and budgeting process A day in the life - Support existing business review mechanisms (WBR, MBR etc.) and build new metric frameworks for Geo Specialist coverage. Work with teams on get-to-green plans, and measuring and assessing future risks. - Analyze key pipeline and productivity metrics to drive business investment and outcomes - High visibility with the AWS Specialist and Partner Finance Director and Go-to-Market Specialists leaders
