Responsibilities
- Guest Service
- Greet and serve guests in dining, concessions, catering, and breakroom areas in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and banquet/event service standards.

- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service policies, including verifying guest identification where required.
- Clean and sanitize service areas, workstations, and equipment before, during, and after service.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of food and beverage items.
- Adhere to JRTC safety standards and immediately report hazards or unsafe conditions.
- Interdepartmental Coordination
- Partner with kitchen and management teams to support meal service, catering functions, and on-field snack breaks.
- Assist with basic inventory counts, reconciliation processes, and bar service support as assigned.
- Other Duties
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Food & Beverage leadership team.
- Qualifications & Skills
- Education & Experience
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
- Prior guest service or food service experience strongly preferred
- Cash handling experience preferred

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Positive, professional attitude with attention to detail
- Physical & Availability Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs. for extended periods
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid food handler certification
