This position is required to manage and support global brand partnerships, deliver marketing campaigns, and assist in the coordination of sponsorship-related initiatives to support business growth and brand objectives. Your role will involve the following: Support the development and execution of global sponsorship and partnership marketing activities to promote brand awareness and business growth Assist in managing the delivery of partnership campaigns and marketing initiatives across international markets Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support the execution of marketing campaigns and partnership activities Support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, event, and other marketing channels Assist in the adaptation of global marketing campaigns for regional and local market execution Monitor and report on campaign performance and provide basic insights for improvement Support the preparation of marketing materials and co-branded content in collaboration with internal teams Assist in market research and campaign analysis to identify opportunities for improved marketing outcomes Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field At least 1 year of relevant work experience; experience in a similar industry will be highly regarded Strong ability to support the execution of marketing campaigns and partnership initiatives across multiple channels Good understanding of stakeholder coordination and ability to work effectively with internal and external parties Ability to assist in campaign performance tracking and basic data analysis to support reporting and decision-making Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Experience working in international or cross-functional teams will be considered an advantage What We Offer Salary range without commission would be AUD 75,000 -85,000 for a full-time-based position Competitive remuneration package aligned with experience and responsibilities Opportunities for professional development within a global financial services organisation Exposure to international partnership, sponsorship, and brand collaboration projects Collaborative and supportive working environment across global teams Career progression opportunities within marketing and partnership functions TMGM provides a dynamic platform to develop your skills and contribute to impactful international initiatives.
