About the role
The Air Dominance and Strike (AD&S) Electrical Engineering Team is responsible for developing high-reliability avionics, embedded processing, and power systems for Group 5 air vehicles and missile platforms. Working across hardware, software, and mission autonomy, the team delivers flight-critical electronics, PCB assemblies, and FPGA-based processing architectures that enable Anduril's next-generation autonomous air platforms to operate in complex and contested environments. We are looking for an Electrical Integration Engineer to join our rapidly growing team in Costa Mesa, CA . In this role, you will work closely with avionics, systems, manufacturing, and flight test teams to support the development and test of air vehicle designs. Responsibilities
- Create support documentation to include block diagrams, ICD's wiring interconnect diagrams throughout all phases of product development.
- Build up and test of avionics system components through lab, ground, and flight tests
- Manage concurrent involvement in multiple projects at various stages
- Participate in design reviews and provide input to identify issues and drive design choices
- Conduct root cause analysis in support of vehicle integration and field operations
- REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
- Proficient in designing electrical harnessing for rugged commercial, industrial, aerospace, or military applications
- Familiarity with common electrical bus interfaces (CAN, Ethernet, RS422, RS232, MIL-STD-1553)
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
Requirements
- Experienced and familiar with aircraft avionics module vendors and avionics component suppliers in UAS programs
- Experience with Siemens Capital software for 2D modeling and drafting.

- $129,000 - $171,000 USD
