Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of marketing initiatives for the FICM business, including advertising, digital content, presentations, and collateral materials, under the direction of senior marketing staff.
  • Assist with the preparation, updating, and distribution of FICM Marketing Materials to ensure consistency with brand standards and messaging.

  • Ensure marketing projects are delivered in accordance with deadlines, meeting departmental expectations for quality and accuracy.
  • Prioritize marketing requests with the feedback of key stakeholders. Initiatives will include: marketing campaigns; branding awareness; consultation on email marketing tools and template designs for best engagement to be executed by departmental resources; social media marketing strategy related to closed transactions, new hires and industry commentary; deliver marketing collateral, oversee creation of new templates for use in group-wide PowerPoint materials to be maintained and distributed by departmental resources; liaise on press releases in partnership with Prosek and Public Relations team; work with respective department stakeholders on advertising plans, campaigns and budgets (e.g. relevant business journal and industry publications); and any other relevant items.
  • Regularly participate in Marketing Department team meetings and support various broader initiatives for the Marketing Department as needed.
  • Assist in the development of effective and persuasive copy for internal and external firm communications, including but not limited to brochures, presentations, statement messages, bios, fact sheets, digital marketing and press releases.

Summary/Function: We are looking for a reliable and organized Marketing Associate to join the team in our Colorado Springs or Denver office. This role will provide marketing coordination and execution support for the Fixed Income & Capital Markets (FICM) business within D.A Davidson. This entry level role assists with the development, production, and maintenance of marketing materials, digital content, and communications under the guidance of senior marketing team members. The position focuses on learning foundational marketing practices, supporting internal stakeholders, and ensuring marketing deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with firm branding and compliance standards Qualifications/Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, Journalism, Communications, or Graphic Design preferred, or equivalent internship. - 0-2 years of relevant marketing, communications, or internship experience; prior financial services experience not required. - Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools. - Experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) marketing preferred. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills including proficiency in copywriting. - Strong time-management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. - Ability to work with tight deadlines, while maintaining a high degree of follow-through and attention to detail. - Organized, dependable, and receptive to feedback; demonstrates a collaborative and professional approach. - Self-motivated, proactive individual contributor who can collaborate effectively across groups and within a team. - Demonstrated ability to think creatively and provide strategic rationale for recommendations. - Ability to work with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability. - This role is 100% in-office. Candidates must have the ability to work on-site, full-time, five days per week.
