Facade QA/QC Engineer

About the role

Meraki Group is seeking a skilled and dedicated Facade QA/QC Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of façade works across various building projects. You will play a vital role in monitoring and controlling the quality of materials, workmanship, and installation processes in line with project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and control procedures specific to façade construction. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and codes. Review material submittals, shop drawings, and test reports related to façade works. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to resolve quality issues promptly. Prepare and maintain QC documentation such as Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and daily quality reports. Ensure all façade-related works meet industry standards and safety regulations. Support project teams in implementing corrective measures and continuous quality improvements. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in QA/QC specifically for façade or cladding systems. In-depth knowledge of façade systems, materials, installation techniques, and quality standards. Familiarity with QA/QC processes, inspection methods, and documentation standards. Strong understanding of relevant codes and regulations. Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QA/QC software tools. Ability to identify issues quickly and implement corrective actions efficiently. Why Join Us?
