Role Summary The Front Desk Coordinator is essential to establishing an excellent experience for all of our incoming patients. They partner with our providers and patients in growing their families. We are looking for a dependable and motivated team player with exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional attitude to join our team. Because of the very high level of care we deliver, we are looking to hire a lively, enthusiastic person who is creative and able to provide personalized care in a fast-paced environment. Some day-to-day responsibilities include: Makes an excellent first impression for all incoming patients Checks patients in and out for appointments and manages clinic-wide schedule Monitors and facilitates patient compliance and readiness for their initial visit Schedules a wide array of appointments for patients and anesthesia for the surgical center Processes patients' payments and creates receipt batch for Finance Proactively advocates for patients Education, Licenses, Certifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree required Exceptional customer service skills Hospitality experience preferred! Employment Type This is a full-time non-exempt onsite position that requires early hours, rotational weekends and holidays.
