O2C Team Lead - Collection

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Cash Collection Specialists to achieve performance and quality Targets
• Monitor and ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables to optimize cash flow
• Manage escalation processes and resolve complex or high-risk customer cases
• Analyze aging reports, identify trends, and implement corrective Actions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the O2C process
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance Teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements
• Track and report KPIs, including DSO, overdue balances, and collection effectiveness
• Support system and process enhancements (e.g., automation, digitalization).
• Your Profile
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Cash Collection / Order to Cash processes
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a team leadership or supervisory role
• Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office)
• Excellent leadership and management skills, including planning, organization, and team direction
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
