Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with executives to develop and implement change management strategies that increase business success during organizational change

  • Establish feedback loops to evaluate and ensure user readiness
  • Integrate change management activities into project plans and coordinate with project, IT teams, and specialists
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to develop change leadership skills across the organization
  • Facilitate role- and project-based change management training sessions
  • Track lessons learned and facilitate continuous improvement through surveys and sessions
  • Required competencies and certifications
  • Change management certification or designation
  • Certification in at least two of the following: Lean, Change Management, Project Management, or Six Sigma Green Belt
  • Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and progressive job experience
