About the role

For our Equipment Services team, we are looking for a dedicated B2B Customer Success Specialist who is passionate about providing exceptional customer experience to our Partners among various industries. You will act as the central coordination point for customers, technicians, EU administrative teams, and suppliers. You will manage customer requests end‑to‑end, ensure timely interventions, and maintain excellent customer satisfaction across the DACH region. Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree with previous customer service experience is required.
  • Experience: Background in customer care or order management is a plus.
  • Language: Fluency in German ( min C1 ) and English (min B1 ) both verbal and written are required.
  • People Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Tech Savvy : Proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Excel. Knowledge of well-known ERP or CRM system is preferred. SAP C4C experience is a plus.
  • Personality : Proactive team player with commercial mindset and solution-oriented with strong customer service and organizing skills

  • B2B Customer Focus : Take full ownership of both internal and external customer partnership and satisfaction. In & outbound calls with customer to manage service orders and to ensure complete and on time service delivery.
  • Intervention Coordination & Timely Invoicing : You will coordinate with EU teams, customers, field technicians, sales, and suppliers, and collaborate with European peers on intervention requests.
  • Quotation & Contract Management: Manage requests from quotation to invoicing . Coordinate and oversee interventions with subcontractors.
