Responsibilities

• Lead communication with veterinarians and the veterinary medical team to coordinate and maintain efficient pet care flow
• Deliver professional, efficient, and exceptional service to clients and pets, ensuring a positive experience at all times
• Collect and document relevant client and pet medical history to maintain accurate and complete medical charts
• Apply safe restraining techniques and adhere to standard protocols to ensure the safety of pets, clients, and associates during treatment
• Maintain clean, sterile, and organized treatment areas, examination rooms, and laboratories to support effective medical procedures
• Educate clients on preventive care, pet health needs, diagnoses, treatments, hospital services, and related topics to promote informed pet ownership
• Assist veterinarians during surgical procedures as required to support successful outcomes
