Job Details Freight forwarding company This is a Hunter role - comes with commission . Job Responsibilities To promote the service provided by the company - Oceanfreight / Air freight/ Projects/ Warehousing services. Plan business strategies to meet the customers' business objectives. Aggressively source and secure new accounts and business. Establish and build up a pool of customers. Maintain good, professional working relationships and effective communications with existing, and new customers and all internal departments, affiliate offices, and partners. Achieve set sales targets and ensure all business transactions meet P&L objectives. Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product development. Monitor and ensure prompt payments for customer receivables. Ensure accurate and timely sales reporting to the immediate superior or HOS. Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by the immediate superior or HOS. Identify new business opportunities by researching, identifying, and evaluating the prospective company's position in the industry.
