About the role

Job Description: The Marketing Analyst serves as a strategic partner supporting growth across B2Bverticals such as Pharma Cold Chain, AI‑enabled logistics solutions, and Aerospace and high‑value product management. This roletranslates market, customer, and performance data into actionable insights to shape product strategy, commercialization readiness, and investment decisions. Working cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, Quality, and Technology teams, the analyst supports go‑to‑market (GTM) and go‑to‑solution (GTS) execution, demand forecasting, and performance measurement. The role also applies strong PMO discipline to drive alignment, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of complex, regulated, and solution‑led initiatives-consistently grounding decisions in analytics, operational reality, and customer value. Key Requirements: B2B Vertical Product Management: Experience managing solution‑led portfolios across complex B2B verticals, translating customer needs into scalable offerings. GTM / GTS Execution: Strong capability in commercialization planning, sales enablement, demand shaping, and performance tracking. PMO &Cross‑Functional Leadership: Proven ability to manage programs, align stakeholders, and execute in a matrixed, global environment. Education: Bachelor degree in finance, economics, marketing analysis or related analytical fields Experience: Five (5) years experience in Finance, marketing or similar quantitative business analysis.
