Employee Engagement Co-op

Responsibilities

• How you'll succeed
• Data Analysis & Reporting - Utilize Excel (including pivot tables and X lookups) and Power BI to generate, analyze, and present employee engagement data.
• Platform Management - Maintain and update the Benevity platform, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
• Communication Support - Assist in managing internal communications, including drafting messages and helping create slide decks for presentations.
• Collaboration - Work closely with team members to support ongoing projects and initiatives related to community investment and employee engagement.
• Continuous Learning - Embrace opportunities to learn new tools and processes, contributing to the team's success while developing your own skills.

Requirements

• You're a current student. You are actively enrolled in a post-secondary program and seeking a co-op placement to gain hands-on experience.
• You have strong technical skills . You are highly proficient in Excel and comfortable using Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• You're detail-oriented. You take pride in ensuring accuracy in your work, especially when managing data and reporting.
• You're a communicator. You can convey information clearly and effectively, both in writing and through presentations.
• You're a team player. You enjoy collaborating with others and contributing to shared goals.
