The People Technology Manager - Recruiting Tech & Learning Platforms Opportunity This is a highly technical, hands-on role responsible for architecting, configuring, and optimizing the systems that power recruiting and learning at scale. At Okta, we view our people systems as critical infrastructure. In this role, you will design and manage a scalable, reliable ecosystem across our recruiting technology stack and Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless workflows, high-quality data, and strong system performance globally.
