Liquid Personnel is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to join an Adults Community Team in Manchester!
What will your responsibilities be?
As a Social Worker in the Adult Community Team, you will provide direct support to service users and their families in line with statutory responsibilities and local and national policies and procedures. Your goal will be to secure positive outcomes. You will collaborate with City Council colleagues, partner agencies, and stakeholders to effectively manage and plan for present and future risk situations of service users. Additionally, you will assess and plan person-centred packages to meet the individual needs of service users, promoting their independence.
