Principal Solution Consultant - Cloud

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic cloud advisory engagements, delivering executive-level insights and recommendations across large, complex environments
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, influencing transformation roadmaps and key decisions
• Translate cloud strategy into practical, outcome-driven delivery plans
• Provide program-level leadership across delivery teams, ensuring alignment to scope, SoW, and commercial outcomes
• Surface and shape follow-on opportunities during delivery, partnering with Sales and Practice teams
• Contribute to presales, early solution shaping, and proposal development
• Develop and reuse high-quality advisory artefacts, frameworks, and IP
• Coach and mentor consultants and architects, uplifting capability across the practice
• Represent the business in client briefings, partner forums, and industry events

Requirements

• 10+ years' experience in consulting, advisory, or large-scale delivery roles
• Deep experience across cloud, digital, or transformation advisory
• Experience in AWS or Azure
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior and executive stakeholders
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to turn vision into actionable roadmaps
• Experience leading within complex, multi-stakeholder programs
• Confidence operating in ambiguity, balancing delivery excellence with commercial outcomes
