Responsibilities

  • Data Quality, Enrichment and Maintenance
  • Research, update, and maintain account and contact data within CRM and related systems.
  • Validate, cleanse, and standardise data using defined business rules, naming conventions, and governance standards.
  • Enrich records using approved internal and external sources to improve data completeness and accuracy.
  • Identify and flag duplicate, incomplete, or inconsistent records for resolution.
  • Perform data matching, account mapping, and de-duplication activities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of data updates to ensure audit traceability.
  • Data Processing and Analysis
  • Collect, clean, and manipulate data from multiple sources and platforms, including Salesforce.
  • Support basic reporting, dashboards, and data analysis to assist with business decision-making.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and recurring data issues, escalating where appropriate.
  • Project Execution and Collaboration
  • Complete assigned tasks within defined timelines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with BI and operational teams to understand data requirements, validation rules, and processes.
  • Contribute to the improvement of data processes, documentation, and best practices.
  • Support ongoing data initiatives by updating project documentation and reference materials.
  • Governance and Reporting
  • Participate in regular project meetings and provide progress updates.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure consistent execution across data cleansing and enrichment projects.
  • Contribute suggestions to improve efficiency and data handling consistency.
  • Required Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, certification, and relevant experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools preferred.
  • Experience with data research techniques and professional networking platforms (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent research and documentation skills.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Business Intelligence Operations team as an Associate Data Analyst.
