Responsibilities

• Data Quality, Enrichment and Maintenance
• Research, update, and maintain account and contact data within CRM and related systems.
• Validate, cleanse, and standardise data using defined business rules, naming conventions, and governance standards.
• Enrich records using approved internal and external sources to improve data completeness and accuracy.
• Identify and flag duplicate, incomplete, or inconsistent records for resolution.
• Perform data matching, account mapping, and de-duplication activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of data updates to ensure audit traceability.
• Data Processing and Analysis
• Collect, clean, and manipulate data from multiple sources and platforms, including Salesforce.
• Support basic reporting, dashboards, and data analysis to assist with business decision-making.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and recurring data issues, escalating where appropriate.
• Project Execution and Collaboration
• Complete assigned tasks within defined timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with BI and operational teams to understand data requirements, validation rules, and processes.
• Contribute to the improvement of data processes, documentation, and best practices.
• Support ongoing data initiatives by updating project documentation and reference materials.
• Governance and Reporting
• Participate in regular project meetings and provide progress updates.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure consistent execution across data cleansing and enrichment projects.
• Contribute suggestions to improve efficiency and data handling consistency.
• Required Experience:
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, certification, and relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools preferred.
• Experience with data research techniques and professional networking platforms (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent research and documentation skills.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Business Intelligence Operations team as an Associate Data Analyst. In this role, you will support data quality and enrichment initiatives by researching, updating, and validating data across CRM and related systems. You will help ensure data is accurate, consistent, and aligned to standards, while assisting with tasks such as data matching, account mapping, and de-duplication. This role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and an interest in data analysis, with exposure to tools such as SQL and Salesforce being beneficial.
