Requirements
- *Typically requires 3+ year(s) of related experience.
- 3 years of experience within a Distribution Center with exposure to a variety of different departments is ideal. Internals need at least 6 months of experience with McKesson to qualify
- *Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- *Experience with Power Equipment is required (Reach Truck, Walkie Rider, Order Picker). Must be able to become certified and maintain certifications.
