About the role

Application Developer - (Java/ Attractive Bonus/ Central/ Permanent Role) We are looking for an experienced Application Developer to design, develop, and support scalable, secure, and high-performing applications for mission-critical systems. You will play a key role in solution design, application development, troubleshooting, and delivery across AWS and on-premises environments. Responsibility: Design, develop, and maintain Java-based and web applications. Build prototypes and Proofs of Concept (POCs). Support application build, deployment, testing, and release activities. Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions. Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and operational requirements. Maintain deep technical expertise in Java technologies (e.g., Spring Boot, Spring Batch), Tomcat, Oracle 19c, React JS, ServiceNow, and AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, EKS, ECS, and CloudWatch. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and operational excellence. Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, Information Systems/ Engineering or related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience designing, developing, and supporting mission-critical applications within financial services, payments, banking, or other regulated industries. Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot/Spring Batch), React JS or Angular JS, Oracle, and AWS services. Experience with SDLC , Agile methodologies, and cloud-based application support. Experience with Oracle databases, SQL development, and query optimization. Familiarity with Tomcat, ServiceNow, and AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, ECS, EKS, and CloudWatch is advantageous. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Possess AWS Cloud Certifications (Solutions Architect Associate or Developer Associate) is advantageous.
