We are seeking a Product Developer to manage the end-to-end development of high-performance products for the Integra brands. This role is responsible for translating customer trends into high performing hair tools, ensuring all products meet our standards for quality and brand authenticity. The ideal candidate will drive the product lifecycle from initial design and testing to launch readiness. With a focus on technical innovation and efficient project management, you will oversee contract manufacturing partnerships and maintain product integrity across all global markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in materials, operations, engineering, economics, art, design, creative or any related field.
  • Must have a minimum 5 years professional experience, at least 3 years in beauty products.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and thrives within a team environment.
  • Exceptional communication and time management skills.
  • Previous brand and/or supply chain experience.
  • Readiness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to help your team win.
  • A track record of success in driving business results.
  • Demonstrated experience in education and providing how-to knowledge to end users of created products.
  • Is a self-starter.
  • Determined to delight the customer.
  • Drives business results.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in materials, operations, engineering, economics, art, design, creative or any related field.
  • Previous Cosmetology experience
  • Previous hands-on color cosmetics development experience
