Responsibilities

Requirements
- Two years supervisory experience prefer in a retail setting with proven sales experience and experience building customer relationships.

- Proficiency in an inventory management system or retail sales program a plus along with strong computer skills.
- Associate's (AA) degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. GED or High School Diploma required
- Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; we prioritize practical experience, relevant skills, and alignment with our leadership principles.
- Basic understanding of Lean Principles
- Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included, but not limited to: : DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.
