Requirements

  • A passionate, outgoing and enthusiastic individual who seeks to deliver superior work-life experience for fellow colleagues; comfortable with public speaking in small or large group settings.
  • Possesses an affable personality, interact with stakeholders with ease and a strong team player and also fastidious and detail oriented
  • Employee communications experience within a financial institution or multi-national company essential.
  • Excellent writing skill is a must, with the ability to think and communicate clearly, formulate a clear point of view on complicated issues, and create a concise and well-written narrative.
  • Experience in data analysis and dashboarding to derive insights from employees' survey and internal data sources would be advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree, with at least 8 years of public relations or communications or marketing experience.
  • Proficiency in Sharepoint and design tools/applications is essential.
