Management Analyst

About the role

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Administrative Department of NAVSUPPACT NAPLES Italy. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: Specialized experience may include: 1) In-depth knowledge and experience managing executive tasks through an organization using Enterprise Task Management Software. 2) Manage executive tasks through an organization using Enterprise Task Management Software. 3) Conduct analytical studies of work force management functions to improve effectiveness and efficiency of organizational structure, program operations, manpower use, staffing levels, and personnel resources. 4) Provide guidance and support to management on personnel reductions, shifting of workloads, and use of personnel for reorganizing/realigning the organization. 5) Analyze and defend organizational billet structure requirements to meet emergent manpower/manning shortages.
