Your opportunity 1 x part-time opportunity Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 8:00am - 2:00pm (6 hours per day) As a Maintenance Officer at Warriewood Brook Village, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of the village-ensuring facilities, buildings and shared spaces are well maintained and presented to a high standard. With a hands-on and proactive approach, you will: Complete general repairs (e.g. doors, locks, painting, minor roofing, gutter cleaning, basic concreting, minor gardening tasks) Carry out preventative maintenance to maintain village assets Respond to day-to-day maintenance requests in a timely manner Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition Keep accurate records of work completed and safety procedures Support a safe, clean and welcoming environment for residents Interact respectfully with residents, staff and contractors, representing Anglicare's values
