Marketing Executive Southeast Asia for German National Tourist Board The Singaporean-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (SGC), representing the German National Tourist Board (GNTB) in Singapore, is looking for a Marketing Executive to support its activities in the Southeast Asian market. The position is based in Singapore and supports the regional promotion of Germany as a travel destination. The role works closely with and supports the Head of Southeast Asia and contributes to the execution of marketing, PR and administrative activities across the region. The position is full-time and will commence as soon as possible. Your Tasks: - Support the promotion of Germany as a tourist destination towards B2B and B2C audiences - Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns and social media activities - Support PR activities such as events, press releases, press trips and influencer collaborations - Coordinate and maintain CRM systems and databases - Assist in administrative tasks, reporting and budget tracking - Support communication and coordination with German tourism partners - Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports and marketing materials - Provide operational support for projects across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam - Support travel arrangements and on-site execution of events and activities Your Profile: - Bachelor's degree holder (Marketing, Tourism, Business or related field preferred) - Some professional experience or internship in marketing, tourism or communications - Strong organisational and administrative skills - Excellent communication and writing skills - Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong advantage, as you will be dealing extensively with German speaking partners and colleagues - A strong understanding of, or keen interest in, the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in marketing as well as confident handling of common AI tools (e.g. for content creation, analysis and automation) - Ability to work in a structured and detail-oriented manner - Proactive, reliable and eager to learn - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines - Interest in tourism and international markets - Willingness to travel within the region
