Senior Finance Analyst (FP&A)

Responsibilities

• Review and analyse financial statements and KPI performance reports
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing activities
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial analysis and decision-making support
• Build financial models and projections to strengthen planning processes
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews with financial reporting and insights
• Collaborate with sales and market teams on pricing decisions and financial evaluations
• Lead and support finance-led process improvement initiatives and special projects

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience of FP&A in a manufacturing company
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders from various countries
• Experience in SAP, BW
• Analytical thinker with strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Well-organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative, adaptable, and results-oriented
