Role Overview The position required to assist Finance Manager in overseeing financial and costing operations. Key responsibilities include handling daily accounting tasks, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, supporting audits, and contributing to budgeting and forecasting processes. Job Scope: Perform closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations. Reconcile key accounts such as bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Develop budget templates and consolidate data from various departments. Prepare budgets for fixed assets, leases, and material usage aligned with production plans. Prepare quarterly GST returns and corporate tax schedules. Address tax-related inquiries and ensure compliance. Assist with statutory and internal audits by preparing audit schedules and reports. Manage deferred tax schedules and complete ACRA XBRL filings. Maintain financial records and update process documentation as needed. Support digitalization initiatives and work with IT to streamline accounting processes. Manage additional tasks as required.
