Responsibilities
- Lead the definition, design, and ownership of complex analog and mixed-signal IPs, such as:
- PMIC building blocks (LDOs, references, regulators, amplifiers)

Requirements
- PhD with 5+ years of industry experience
- or MSc with 8+ years of industry experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design
- Strong experience in transistor-level CMOS analog design
- Solid understanding of analog design fundamentals (noise, stability, matching, reliability)
- Proven experience owning designs from specification through mass production
- Familiarity with mixed-signal integration and interaction with digital blocks
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Cadence design environment
- PMIC experience is a strong plus
- Experience with wireless power or energy-constrained systems
- Knowledge of low-power and high-efficiency analog design techniques
- Hands-on experience with silicon validation, lab measurements, and debug
- Good understanding of test and qualification requirements for high-volume products
