Your Responsibilities on the Team Serve as the primary system administrator for a multi-user Salesforce environment. Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce solutions using declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc.). Partner with architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices. Act as a gatekeeper for declarative vs. programmatic solutions, ensuring alignment with platform principles. Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and data security across the org. Oversee data integrity, deduplication efforts, and integrations with external systems. Drive continuous improvement of Salesforce processes and data quality across the organization. Coordinate and execute configuration changes, including automation, custom objects, page layouts, and record types. Evaluate and implement new features from Salesforce releases and AppExchange products. Collaborate with developers to refactor code into declarative automation where appropriate. Maintain system documentation, policies, and training materials. Work with third-party vendors to implement new systems and features. Support DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub.
