Job Description Involve in Leadership & Team Management to lead, mentor, and develop the contracts team to achieve departmental and project goals. Allocate resources effectively and ensure high performance across contract administration and tendering functions. Involve in Contract Management, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions. Draft, review, and manage contractual correspondence and agreements, and maintain accurate records and document registers. Collaborate with project teams to resolve contractual issues. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards. Identify and mitigate contractual risks while safeguarding the firm's interests. Manage claims, variations, and dispute resolution processes. Involve in Tendering & Business Development by directing the preparation, review, and submission of tenders for new projects. Analyze tender documents, specifications, and drawings to identify risks and opportunities. Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and technical teams to develop competitive bids. Support strategic business growth by securing profitable projects. Involve in Overall Commercial Oversight to monitor project budgets, cash flow, and financial performance related to contracts. Provide commercial advice to senior management and project teams. Ensure timely invoicing, payment collection, and contract close-out. Involve in Stakeholder Engagement to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Represent the firm in negotiations and industry forums.
