You will play a critical role in maintaining the HITRUST certification posture, supporting assessments, and ensuring controls remain effective and audit ready. This role serves as a business enabler and HITRUST subject matter contributor, helping translate compliance requirements into practical, scalable controls while driving process improvements. You will collaborate closely with teams around the world and play a key role in demonstrating CSG's security posture to auditors, customers, partners, and regulators. We are looking for an Information Security Analyst II who will support CSG's HITRUST compliance program, including: HITRUST CSF control implementation and monitoring HITRUST r2 assessments and validated audits Evidence management and audit readiness Continuous compliance and remediation tracking Staying current with HITRUST CSF updates, scoring methodology, and control requirements Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Security, Business (Audit focus), or a related field, or equivalent experience Relevant certifications such as CISA or CISM Experience with the MyCSF tool Knowledge of control mappings (e.g., HITRUST v11.7 and v11.8, NIST, ISO, HIPAA) Exposure to cloud security controls within the HITRUST scope Strong analytical skills and attention to detail when reviewing evidence, controls, and contracts Ability to translate technical and regulatory requirements into clear guidance for business and technical teams Comfortable working in a global, remote, English-speaking environment across multiple time zones Strong understanding of IT security concepts Experience in regulated environments (healthcare, fintech, SaaS) is a plus
