Sales Support Executive

Responsibilities

• As a key part of the sales team, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers across the UK motor trade sector, helping businesses with their insurance enquiries.
• Key Responsibilities of the Sales Support Executive:
• Contacting customers in response to insurance enquiries
• Building rapport quickly and professionally over the phone
• Gathering accurate information through detailed fact-finding conversations
• Preparing clear and compliant information for underwriters
• Managing leads efficiently and ensuring prompt follow-up
• Working closely with colleagues to help drive new business opportunities
• Delivering an excellent customer experience from first contact

Requirements

• You'll ideally have:
• Previous experience in a telephone-based sales, lead generation or customer service role
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Confidence building relationships over the phone
