Please Note: this role is a 12 month fixed term contract Your key responsibilities as a Finance Executive will include: Managing billing cycles, including preparing and issuing invoices, maintaining records, and resolving billing queries Monitoring debtor ledgers, following up on outstanding balances, and managing credit control communications Processing supplier invoices, executing payment runs, and reconciling vendor and bank accounts Supporting monthly reporting processes, including reconciliations, ledger postings, and data analysis Preparing management reports and contributing to month-end and year-end close activities Collaborating with internal teams, auditors, and advisors to ensure financial accuracy and compliance You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Finance Executive: You will have experience in finance operations, accounts payable, or a similar role with exposure to transactional finance processes You will have a strong understanding of billing, credit control, and/or accounts payable, enabling you to manage workflows effectively You will be confident using Excel and MS Office, with experience in ERP systems such as NetSuite being advantageous You will demonstrate strong numerical and analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail You will bring a proactive, organised approach, with the ability to communicate effectively across international teams FE fundinfo is a leading investment management technology and data company connecting asset managers to distributors in the UK, Europe and Asia Pacific.
