Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in account management, relationship management, or client services, ideally within media, fintech, or payments industries.
- Knowledge of commercial card services, B2B payments, or financial institutions is a strong plus.
- The ability to build and manage relationships with senior-level executives and key stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and articulate client needs and develop strategic solutions.
- Demonstrated success in **growing account revenue** and expanding product usage.
