As an HR Location Partner - People & Engagement within the Local Operations Team, part of the Central Services Business Unit, you will play a key role in shaping our company culture and acting as a trusted partner to employees, line managers, and HR stakeholders. Your mission: Act as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees, providing guidance on performance management, employee relations, organizational changes, and people-related matters. Partner with business leaders to understand business needs and translate them into effective HR solutions and initiatives. Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture through employee experience programs and data-driven improvement initiatives. Lead and continuously improve onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle experiences. Support learning and development initiatives, leadership training, and employee growth programs. Facilitate conflict resolution and provide guidance on employee concerns while fostering an inclusive and positive work environment. Support compensation and merit review processes, ensuring accurate data collection and coordination with local and global stakeholders. Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Global HR teams to support recruitment, HR projects, and organizational initiatives. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies in close collaboration with the Local Operations Team. Support activities that create a positive and connected workplace environment. Perform other duties related to the role, aligned with the employee's qualifications and business needs. Your responsibilities will evolve as we grow. Your Background & Experience Good English communication skills. 4+ years of experience as an HR Partner, Talent Manager, or a similar people-focused role - ideally in an IT/fast-paced tech environment and within an international or matrix setup. Proven experience designing and implementing employee engagement or culture initiatives that positively impact satisfaction and retention. Experience supporting managers with performance reviews, feedback culture, succession planning, and development conversations. Solid understanding of HR processes, employee relations, and performance management, plus strong knowledge of local labor law. Experience in end-to-end recruitment and close collaboration with Talent Acquisition. Skills & Personal Strengths Strong ability to build trust and connect with employees and managers at all levels. Proactive, creative, hands-on mindset with the energy and drive to bring ideas to life. Confidence in handling employee relations topics and supporting managers with day-to-day people challenges. Ability to balance structure and flexibility - applying processes while maintaining a people-first approach.
