Responsibilities

  • Manage corporate secretarial matters including preparation of board and general meeting documentation, minutes writing, drafting of resolutions and agreements, statutory changes, and maintenance of corporate records and structure charts

  • Professional Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Administration and Secretarial matters
