Sanimax is looking to hire a Part-Time HR Administrator in our South St Paul facilitate to work up to 30 hours a week. This individual will need to be able to work Monday and Tuesday from 8:30-4 pm and flexibility Wednesday-Friday flexible work schedule. Why join Sanimax? Starting pay between $20/hr to $22/hr Stable company with 85+ years in business Flexible Scheduling Opportunity to learn and grow professionally Ability to work with new hires and internal stakeholders ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES Assist in the hiring process of new employees Help conduct new hire orientations Organize, assemble and process HR forms and documents, such as benefits enrollment, I-9s, W-4, Disability claims, leave of absences, worker compensation claims, etc. Data entry of new hires, terms and status changes in Workday HRIS system Primary point of contact for benefit questions and assisting new hires with benefits enrollment Coordinate communication in regards to the corporate training and development initiatives Assist with surveys regarding employee engagement Process Status Changes (hires, terms, rate changes, position changes, etc) for South St Paul and back up for other Sanimax USA locations
