Responsibility Maintenance Supervision - Plan, organize, and supervise daily lift & escalator service activities. Breakdown Response - Lead service teams to minimize downtime and ensure timely fault resolution. Safety & Compliance - Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with BCA/MOM regulations. Performance Monitoring - Track KPIs, analyze callback data, and implement improvements. Client Coordination - Liaise with clients, managing agents, and contractors to resolve technical issues. Team Development - Mentor and guide technicians to strengthen technical and safety competencies. Documentation - Prepare service records, audit reports, and management documentation.
