Reimagine What's Possible Job Description 岗位描述 : The work site is located in Pukou District, Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province, chemical industrial park, and the position shall be responsible for all plants commissioning which are designed for OSC (Operating Services Center) 工作地点位于江苏省南京市浦口工业园区内，该职位负责调试所有设计为远程控制中心操作的工厂。 This position is responsible for bringing newly constructed plants into commercial production for handover to the operation team in safe and reliable mode while meeting project schedule and budget commitments. 该职位负责将新建的工厂以安全可靠的方式投入商业生产，移交给运营团队，同时满足项目进度和预算承诺。 Basic responsibility 基本责任 : 1. Leading the team on site to conduct the commissioning tasks as planned with complying company work process and Code requirement as well. 带领团队在现场按计划进行调试任务，同时遵守公司的工作流程和规范要求。 2. Developing commissioning strategy, including resource alignment, commissioning technical package preparation, tools preparation and schedule alignment. 制定调试策略，包括资源协调、调试技术包准备、工具准备和进度协调。 3. Ensure that commissioning and startup inspection and testing (electrical, C&I, mechanical) are carried out, all the results are properly documented and store appropriately. 确保进行调试和启动检查和测试（电气、C&I、机械），所有结果都正确记录并妥善保存。 4. Maintaining and handing over all commissioning record, report, drawing and ect to operation team. 维护并移交所有调试记录、报告、图纸等给操作团队。 5. Ensure adequate theoretical and practical training for operation team. 确保对运行团队进行充分的理论和实践培训。 6. Collecting Lesson Learned proactively, closing them and sharing with operation team as well. 主动收集经验教训案例，并与运行团队分享。 7. Feedback all design issues to product team and follow up. 将所有设计问题反馈给产品团队，并跟进。 8. Leading plant performance test. 主导工厂的性能测试。 Requirements 职位要求 : 1. Minimum 3 years' working experience with commissioning or operation of ASU/ chemical plants. 至少3年空分或化工工厂调试或运行的工作经验。 2. Chemical engineering or Chemical Process will be a plus. 化学工程或化学工艺专业将是一个加分项。 3. Strong troubleshooting ability and timely decision-making ability in high stress situations. 具有较强的故障处理能力和高压力情况下的及时决策能力。 4. Hard working and able to maintain a positive disposition even in times of high workload. 吃苦耐劳，即使在工作量大的时候也能保持积极的性格。 5. Good written and verbal communication skills. 良好的书面和语言沟通能力. 6.
