Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in counselling, coaching, or student well-being support
- Experience in a school-based or youth-focused setting preferred
- Experience conducting group intervention programmes an advantage
- Experience working with students with additional social, emotional, or behavioural needs an advantage
- Experience in parent engagement (e.g. talks, workshops, or counselling consultations) an advantage
- Ability to apply restorative practices or mediation approaches in managing student behaviour
- Ability to design and deliver intervention programmes for at-risk students
- Ability to provide one-to-one coaching in areas such as emotional regulation, goal setting, and academic resilience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, parents, teachers, and school leaders
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic student development
