Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in counselling, coaching, or student well-being support
  • Experience in a school-based or youth-focused setting preferred
  • Experience conducting group intervention programmes an advantage
  • Experience working with students with additional social, emotional, or behavioural needs an advantage
  • Experience in parent engagement (e.g. talks, workshops, or counselling consultations) an advantage
  • Ability to apply restorative practices or mediation approaches in managing student behaviour
  • Ability to design and deliver intervention programmes for at-risk students
  • Ability to provide one-to-one coaching in areas such as emotional regulation, goal setting, and academic resilience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, parents, teachers, and school leaders
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic student development
