- Workday Integration monitoring
- Send integration results to users
- Workday, PNET and T&A User support
- Execution of mass load processes in Workday
- Update Shrepoints
- Develop/update application instructions
- Facilitate meetings with Users
- HRIS Metrics management
- Interaction with providers (Workday, Capgemini, PeopleNet, T&A)
- Update Total Rewards tools (MS Forms, Power automate, Macros)
- Support to the following areas of Total Rewards: Benefits management
- Savings Fund
- Retirement (Pension Plan)
- Compensation management
- Your Background:
- Advanced English
- Microsoft Excel proficiency ( Pivot Tables, Microsoft Excel Macros )
- Power BI
- Student Business Administration , computer systems or a related field.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Student in final semesters
